Refunds & Other Fine Print
When there is a problem with your order...
We are sorry to hear there is a problem! If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. But please note that since many of our items made by hand, such as tea towels, slight variations in colors or sizes between or even within an order are to be expected
Custom printed orders are non-refundable.
Items are also not returnable due to sizing issues.
Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please remember to choose the correct size by referring to the measurement charts on each product page.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items need to be sent within that 4-week time frame.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and paperwork. To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you info on how and where to send your package.
